Vehicle Description 1969 Ford Mustang 429 Boss Dragster This 1969 Boss 429 Mustang, KK1674, was originally acquired by Marion Davidson Ford of Weatherford, Oklahoma on March 11, 1969.
Marion Davidson partnered with Penner Brothers of Texas who worked on a number of IHRA Ford vehicles during that period.
This vehicle has never been titled in any state.
The next owner of this vehicle, should they choose to title it, would be the first owner of record.
KK1674 is now in Ohio where it has had a few upgrades done for racing purposes.
The rear seat and fuel tank have been removed to reduce weight and a fuel cell was installed.
The engine, built by Holms & Moddy, features a Dominate 4 Barrel carburetor, a high-capacity fuel pump, and an electronic ignition system by MSD.
The transmission is a Jerico DP4-4 with a Hurst, v-gate shifter, and a 5:
36 rear differential.
