3rd Shift Role
Reports to Production and Sanitation Supervisors

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Clean and sanitize assigned area, paying close attention to minor details of cleanliness and food safety
2. Possess and acquire knowledge of chemicals and chemical safety for the cleaning chemicals that will be used in assigned area
3. Can follow and execute cleaning schedules/requirements; utilizing power washers, hoses, small hand and power tools and other equipment
4.Dissemble and reassembly of equipment, utilizing hand and power tools
5.Set up equipment and supplies for the next day's production
6. Report and scan materials issued into the company's' Oracle ERP system
7.Comply with applicable environment, health and safety rules, procedures, laws and accepted safe work and Good Manufacturing (GMP) practices
8. Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and injuries to the appropriate person or office
KNOWLEDGE
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence and fill out reports
Ability to think analytically
Ability to perform minor mechanical tasks as required in assembling and disassembling equipment utilizing pressure washers, hoses and hand tools.
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
Ability to work in a fast paced, team focused environment
KNOWLEDGE
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence and fill out reports

EDUCATIONAL
Experience:
High School diploma or GED desirable. Prior sanitation knowledge and experience a plus.

The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. Employee may be exposed to extreme temperature changes.
