Dominion East Ohio is seeking a Supervisor of Gas Operations for our Lima, Ohio office, focusing on distribution and transmission infrastructure. As our Supervisor, you will provide supervision of staff in the construction/inspection of distribution delivery projects.
Additionally you will:
1) Manage project schedules and resources, handle customer (internal and external) contact, and monitor progress to ensure work is completed in an efficient, safe, and cost effective manner;
2) Review and assign design/engineering projects to ensure construction of facilities safely and accurately per Dominion SOP and local/state/federal guidelines;
3) Maintain compliance of all construction activities (OSHA, OQ, environmental, permit requirements, etc);
4) Assist with budgetary input and planning;
5) Advise and participate in employee technical training and development;
6) Interpret policies, procedures, agreements and terms and conditions;
7) Provide direct supervision of hourly employees, including coaching and performance feedback

This position comes with a company vehicle. Valid driver's license is required.

Preferences:
(Be sure to specify in your resume if you meet one or more of the following preferences.)
1) Proven leadership experience;
2) Experience with natural gas regulation;
3) Experience with steel pipeline facility construction;
4) Hydrostatic pressure testing knowledge;
5) Welding experience;
6) Project management experience in natural gas civil infrastructure design/construction projects;
7) Knowledge of Dominion technology/programs (e.g. SAP, SAMS, GIS, RSIS)

1) Full knowledge of or ability to develop knowledge of gas transmission and delivery systems, engineering, design methods, construction work methods, and operations guidelines;
2) Ability to read and to interpret plans;

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
