Job Duties:
Deliver patient centered care to patients on an inpatient Telemetry Unit.
Provide education to both patients and families on prognosis.
Accurately chart patient information in electronic medical records, protect patient privacy and maintain patient safety.
Administer medications, performed patient assessments, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality care.
Adhere to infection control policies and isolation precautions.
Job Requirements:
2 years of Telemetry Experience as a Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse License of Ohio
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS Certification
Schedule:
12 Hour Shift
Night Shift
19:00 - 07:30

Pay: $55.00 - $59.00 per hour
