This is a full-time position, responsible for providing leadership over the home serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
This role provides assistance in planning and implementation of the services/outcomes for each individual, communicates progress, establishes and maintains professional relationships with all members of the team, and ensures the welfare and safety of each consumer at all times.
The person filling this role will provide support and supervision to the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the home and ensures quality services are delivered to the people we serve.
Responsibility includes on-call responsibilities after normal business hours, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Must have strong communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills.
Must be able to use discretion and make independent decisions based on good judgment.
Must possess good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Must possess acceptable employment and background screenings.
DSPaths credential preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
