com) is looking for an experienced salesperson to lead our membership sales department.
Boasting 8 locations either open or under development, Midwest Shooting Center(TM) is the premier brand that consumers are flocking to for retail product, firearms training, and community.

The Midwest Shooting Center sales managers find success through a steady pipeline of warm prospects, averaging 100-300 leads per week (no cold calling).
We provide an aggressive base salary that provides stability for our sales managers.
This base salary increases as department revenue increases to ensure a win/win situation between the company and the manager.
Our commission and bonus structure reward both department and location financial performance.
Our average sales manager has sold $1.
2M over the last 12-months utilizing our proven process yielding over $20,000 in commissions paid.
